This past weekend, Corey and I took a road trip back home to Tomball, Texas. Every time I go back, something new has popped up and I don't think four corners can get any more congested. Well, the bypass helps out tremendously; that's right, a bypass. Tomball is
that big! During our stay we had lots of visiting to do and a new little one to meet, Wesley Riedel. As most of you know, Cayden and Lizzie (Wesley's big sister) are about 6 weeks apart and now, by chance, Mckinley and Wesley share that coincidence. What fun we'll have as our babies grow up!! We also got a chance to visit with my grandma, grandpa, my Aunt Irene and Uncle Michael and my dad. We were busy needless to say. Traveling with two will take some practice and much thought out planning.
The kiddos enjoyed playing together and got along wonderfully. Hey, they are about to be 2 years old, so I imagine it won't always be so blissful.
At my parents house, my brother Marcus, Corey and Paul hung a tire swing for Cayden. It was his first time on such a swing and he spent most of his time looking down at the ground. I think he was fascinated by the way the ground looked as he swung. He loves being outside, so I can already see him spending much of his time swinging on his new toy.
YAY for new posts!! So fun!
