Cayden's 3rd birthday!!!!

This year, unlike the other 2, we celebrated Cayden's birthday at home. My favorite thing about it was, we didn't have to travel and Cayden got to invite some of his sweet friends. It's like he's a big boy now because he actually has friends! We just pulled out some pools and borrowed a jumpy house and the kids had a great time. Despite it being scorching hot in July, I found the morning to be pleasant and bearable! Although, I did play with the thought of joining the kiddos in the water!

For whatever reason, we just never changed her into her bathing suit and we look over and she's in the water. She can swim in her clothes, right?

4th of July!!

This year we spent July 4th in Tomball with my family. To start our visit off, we celebrated with my brother Matthew and his new fiance, Emily. The night we arrived, he had proposed to her and I got to take their first picture (it's been more than 5 years)!!! I should've done a whole photo shoot; that would've been fun!




The evening of July 4th, we loaded the van and followed the crew to downtown Tomball for the big show....true to form, we were hanging out in a parking lot!!!
